Inspection Comments |
SPOKE WITH THE STORE DIRECTOR ABOUT THE COMPLAINT AND DISCUSSED WHAT IS THE POLICY WHEN A SITUATION LIKE THIS OCCURS.
THE DIRECTOR EXPLAINED THE CODE OF ETHICS THAT ALL EMPLOYEES SIGN OFF ON AND MUST FOLLOW. HE STATED THAT THEY DID HAVE AN SITUATION INVOLVING BANNING A TWO CUSTOMERS AND ANOTHER WAS AN EMPLOYEE RELATED CONFLICT. I DID RECEIVE A COPY OF THE CODE OF ETHICS FOR DOCUMENTATION. EMPLOYEES DO HAVE A WAY TO SUBMIT CONCERNS AND DISCUSS WITH UPPER MANAGEMENT IF NEEDED. THESE DIRECTIONS ARE POSTED THROUGHOUT THE STORE. NO REPORTS WERE MADE OF ANY OF THE BACK RETAIL PRODUCT THAT WAS POTENTIALLY LOOKING COMPROMISED OR IN A SUSPICIOUS MANNER. NO FURTHER ISSUES WERE NOTED. |
